Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or otherwise using this MAD Design Studios platform ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

This is the digital consultation and project enquiry platform of MAD Design Studios. It enables prospective clients to submit project information and to schedule a complimentary discovery consultation.

• An enquiry or consultation request does not constitute a binding agreement.
• Project appointments are confirmed separately by our team.
• Quotations are issued only after a consultation and scope assessment.
• Indicative budget ranges shown in the form are guidance, not pricing.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Only upload files you have the right to share.
• Do not use the platform to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The MAD Design Studios name, logo, content, designs and brand elements remain the property of MAD Design Studios. You retain ownership of the project information and files you submit, and grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal.

5. Consultations

Consultations are offered subject to availability. We may reschedule or decline a consultation at our reasonable discretion (for example, where a project is outside our scope). You may reschedule or cancel via the link in your booking confirmation email.

6. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party services for scheduling, email delivery and hosting. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, MAD Design Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or from any delay, error or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
